the back cover reads: these songs were taken from the ASSFORT – FIVE KNUCKLE SHUFFLE cd-only release on selfish records recorded in 1991. a “full length cd” with only 18 minutes of music on it, sold for maximum price – a massive rip off. So there was only one thing left to do: a bootleg – here it is, punk! why the bootlegers didn´t include all songs and pressed just 300 of this, if there goal was to make the music available to everyone for a reasonable price remains their secret! musicwise ASSFORT is what you´d expect from a JAPCORE band: raging HARDCORE!

this gem, released on MCR, consists of 3 7” flexis with 3 bands on each flexi! BLUNT HEAD, THINK OR SINK, CONQUEST, ASSFORT, VANTAGE, DEEP THROAT, STRUGGLE, PLOT SOLDIER and a band with a jap name that translates to DRAT THAT NOISE if I remember correct (but don´t take that as a fact!) are the featured bands. musicwise you should know what you´ll get! if you don´t know you´re not worthy anyway!

another split 7” battle… this time between Y and DIAVOLO ROSSO! the 3 DIAVOLO ROSSO tracks are the weakest recordings they´ve ever done! Kühni, their singer, thinks the same and will hate me if he sees this post! the drummer of STACK plays for DIAVOLO ROSSO on these recordings and his drumming doesn´t fit the ROSSO sound! at least that´s what Kühni says! Y rock as usual! 4 hits from Berlin´s HARDCORE heroes!

Hell yes...that´s the real deal! BOMBS OF DEATH was kind of a project with Hirax Max of you know who and Steve Heritage of you should who! now you should have a clue how they might sound! what ever you imagine musicwise: when you hear them it will sound more brutal, more hateful, more extreme than your imagination! this is mean shit! If anybody has more stuff from them drop me a line! their bedmates ACRID are as noisy, chaotic and weird as always! great stuff in it´s own right but just as on the sawblade shaped split 10” with LEFT FOR DEAD the loose the battle as their opponents just can´t be beat! nice cover artwork (which is a trademark of NO IDEA records!) by the way!
