TUMULT a.k.a. Germany's kings of KUNG FU HARDCORE were re-upped! hm, as Kung Fu translates to hard work I guess that fits!

the title of this post says it all! Well, TUMULT claim not to play POWER VIOLENCE but music wise that´s what it sounds like! many people say these guys are assholes (meaning the singer is an asshole)…well fuck those idiots! what do they know anyway! their singer is a very nice guy with a great sense of humor! a kind of tounge in cheek humor that´s not for everybody a kind of humor that shows up in their lyrics and that I find great!

there where many rumors about TUMULT and what assholes they are, but when I met them they where absolutly nice guys and I found none of the rumors to be true [same story as with HAMMERHEAD]! this are the songs from the split 7" with GOMORRHA and their own 7"! I left out the GOMORRHA tracks as they are on their cd with much better sound posted elsewhere on this blog! music-wise TUMULT were fast HARDCORE/POWER VIOLENCE with MOSHPARTS thrown in here and there and sometimes brilliant lyrics with a very dark sense of humor! a click on the split 7" cover will lead you to those tracks and the link down below will lead you to their 7" including the tracks from the split 7"!

SHUT THE FUCK UP!

the only let down on this comp. is the CRIPPLE BASTARDS track. I didn´t expect anything from them! sorry! but they suck! they suck on their records and live they sucked even worse! the highlight are Germany´s TUMULT but the rest D.S. - 13, RUIDO, DUDMAN, and DAHMER are great too! released on KNOT Records in 1999!
