remember my post about CAPITALI$T CASUALTIES' PLANNED COMMUNITY 6" and the not included artwork? for whatever reason I also didn't include the artwork when I posted their DARK CIRCLE 5" neither which is a shame as it's a neat look picture disc housed in a gate-fold cover and comes with a poster as lyric sheet. the only 5" picture disc I have in my collection if I'm not mistaken. the 5" isn't divided into side a and b but into a side "Dead Kurds" with 3 tracks and a side "Nuclear Worker" with only the title track. click the pic of the poster down below to d/l!

DEDICATED TO SUBURBAN HARDCORE

technically this is a re-up cause I already had posted CAPITALI$T CASUALTIES' PLANNED COMMUNITY 6" ages ago but as the old archive didn't incl. the artwork I decided to treat it like a new post. I guess I don't have to write much about CAPITALI$T CASUALTIES anyway as they are around for forever and have splits with countless other bands under their belt. on this 6" they stick to what they are best at and deliver 3 tracks of fast, angry & vicious HARDCORE that takes no prisoners.

FOOLING WITH COUNT YORGA!

Count Yorga sent me the rip of this 7" comp. that's called FOOLING WITH DEATH and features LACERATION, CRIPPLE BASTARD, ARGUE DAMNATION, HARSH, CAPITALI$T CASUALTIES, GLOBAL HOLOCAUST and HATED PRINCIPLES quite some time ago but I somehow nearly forgot about it! would have been a shame if I'd have really forgotten to post it as it's quite good with the exception of CRIPPLE BASTARD who suck as usual! oh, I've to mention the brilliant artwork - it looks great, really!

ELVIS JUST ENTERED THE BUILDING

the CLOSE YOUR EYES AND SEE DEATH comp. 7" is one of the best compilations that have ever been released! it was released on RE-EDUCATION rec. like the also brilliant NO DESIRE TO CONTINUE LIVING comp. 10" which makes me think that whoever did that label really had a hand for compilations and that´s something I wouldn´t say about that many labels! LUZIFERS MOB from Germany are open up side a with 4 tracks that are considered their best stuff by quite some people. LUZIFERS MOB were ahead of their time playing what is now called POWER VIOLENCE with brilliant German lyrics before 99,99% even had heard the term POWER VIOLENCE. Belgian´s WOUNDED KNEE are next with 2 tracks of blistering THRASH. the flipside is reserved for CAPITALI$T CASUALTIES that rage through another 4 tracks of great, fast THRASH/POWER VIOLENCE! I´d dare say that a record that has a picture of Elvis Presley wearing a karate-gi on the backcover can´t be bad!

hm, what could I say about M.D.C. and/or CAPITALI$T CASUALTIES that hadn´t been said some 100 times before....hm, maybe nothing? so I´ll keep it short: 2 songs from M.D.C. and 5 ragers from CAPITALI$T CASUALTIES (incl. one of my all time fave CAPITALI$T CASUALTIES songs called LIBERTY GONE!) came with a lyricposter and was released on SLAP-A-HAM records.

THE AMERICAN SPECTACLE

after so much DEUTSCHPUNK my ears needed a heavy dose of noise and what would suite the need better than ULCER and CAPITALI$T CASUALTIES? I know that the ULCER tracks have already been posted as they appear on their incomplete discography but as they are good and you´d miss the CAPITALI$T CASUALTIES tracks by don´t haveing this split 7" but just the cd.

A DARK COMMUNITY FROM 1990 - 1996

think this band has been on many blogs, but as CAPITALI$T CASUALTIES helped define POWER VIOLENCE I´m not ashamed to have ´em on my blog! the CD has old out of print 7"es, etc...., DARK CIRCLE was a 5" picture disc and PLANNED COMMUNITY was a 6" that came in a 7" sleeve! if you haven´t heard this before download this and be angry at yourself for ignoring this band for so long!
