PARANOIA IN DER STRASSENBAHN

the best DEUTSCHPUNK comp. PARANOIA IN DER STRASSENBAHN (well it is at least the best DEUTSCHPUNK comp. in my ears) is ready to download here! as it features BUTTOCKS, COPSLAYERS (their only song ever released!), NAPALM, RAZORS, RAZZIA, SS ULTRABRUTAL, CORONERS, SLIME, PUNKENSTEIN, etc. I strongly advise you to do yourself a favor and download this gem if you don´t have the vinyl version as I do! or even better go buy the recently re-issued cd version so you got the great linernotes. b.t.w. an old friend of mine did a part of them!

  1. A great comp, indeed! Hamburg bands only though. It has "Computerstaat" by your favourite band, Abwärts! haha. This comp introduced me to a lot of great bands, loved it. The Coroners tracks are their only released stuff along with those in the Geräusche für die 80er comp (recently posted in Down Underground)
I have the vinyl version too, I think there were a couple of bonus tracks in the CD
    Saludos,
    Fernando :)

  2. hahaha - as I consider this track the only good ABWÄRTS track that´s ok with me!
about the CORONERS tracks - that´s not true! the CORONERS tracks on GERÄUSCHE FÜR DIE 80er and on this one were their only tracks that appeared on vinyl but there are old HH-comp. tapes that had other CORONERS stuff!

  8. @ Count Yorga: Yeah, Computerstaat rules, moreover, Abwärts (Amok-Koma era) is one of my favourite German bands!!! What I said was a bit of a private joke cos of what Pope had said in other posts about that great band (how was that? Jovi... Bovi... I enjoyed the Latin lesson, Herr Papst!)
@ Pope: Coroners & Razors cassette-only releases coming! That's big news! Thanks!

PS Oh, one question out of curiosity, - I never see Jingo DeLunch posted on blogs, any reason for that? Is their stuff reissued or something? I only heard a couple of tracks by that band but I remember they were so much appreciated in my town in the late 80's but somehow I missed them. Other tracks of bands with their singer that I've heard (Combat Not Conform, Manson Youth) are great too...

  9. good hint! I´ll check if their early stuff was re-issued! could be as they were supposed to tour some months ago but canceled the show here cause Yvonne got sick. anyway, the early JINGO DE LUNCH stuff is great and the MANSON YOUTH / H.O.A. split 12" is great too!
