THANKS TO BRIAN pt. IV

Brian H. did it again and sent me some awesome Cincinnati stuff! he wrote:

hello, I'm back on my kick to keep good Cincinnati bands from being forgotten. here is the Envenomed self titled 7" from a few years ago, it was released on Torture Garden Picture Company. I think the sound of this 7" rules, these dudes were THE Cincinnati grind/crust band for about 4 years. any grindcore or crust band that came through played with Envenomed, which kind of burned the locals out on them (i saw them almost weekly for 2 years or so). These dudes broke up about a year ago and i think other than a demo that i don't have this is all they ever released and it's gone.

Envenomed's drummer is badass at blasting but didn't really like the music at all, he pretty much listened to reggae exclusively but figured since he was good at playing grind he should be in grind bands. He was also in another Cincy grindcore group called Shrapnelface, who were really popular but none of the dudes were into that music and they never went to any shows that they weren't playing. the singer was way into rap and the band broke up when he went to law school. all the Shrapnelface i have is from this older forgotten Cincy/International comp "All Punks Spending Drunk Night, All Drunks Making Punk Noise" 7" featuring Cincy's Tumor Feast, Shrapnelface, Brody's Militia, and Hellnation along with Rajoitus, Suiko, Massgrav, Merda, Netjajev SS, Voetsek, Widespread Bloodshed and No Value.
YOU SHOULD SAY THANK`S TO BRIAN!
