this is BOOKBURNER's 1st 7" released by ONE SIX OH REC. and on their homepage BOOKBURNER say about themselves: "Bookburner is honest grind and we have no room for conventionality, and that's all you need to know, fuckers." so the only thing I'll add is that the artwork was done by none other than Jon Kortland of IRON LUNG and GOB.
artwork is by FEEDING, of which jon constitutes 50%. the other 50% is just as important. nic is his name. he has done great work for blue sabbath black cheer and other notable folks (mostly in the pacific northwest noise scene) including a piece (one of four, alongside one piece by jon, one by jensen, and one by myself) in the limited edition version of the most recent iron lung LP. also, jon kortland was never in either gehenna or vae victis. jensen was. jon was, however, in GOB.
Thanks for all the fucking great posts! I used to run into Jon Kortland at Recycled Records in Reno, Nevada back in the 1990's.He was a very friendly guy. It's great to hear him still cranking out the noise in Iron Lung.
if you own the rights to any of the music posted here, and would like it removed, just contact me, and I will promptly delete it even though I'll mainly post records that I believe to be out of print! if you want me to post your bands stuff on my blog you've to send me a physical copy of whatever you want me to post!
what can I say? I am the pope that means I'm right and you're wrong! I'm your worst nightmare in case I have or in case I want to! if anything you read here upsets you - cry me a river!
b.t.w. I don't need to know you to dislike you!
