GRIND IN THE MIND

another nice 7" compilation featuring AGORAPHOBIC NOSEBLEED, VILENTLY ILL, WADGE, ENEMY SOIL, FORCED EXPRESSION and MAISIE. my copy came on purple vinyl but I think there are other colors around too! no matter what color the GRINDCORE / DRUMCOMPUTERGRIND mayhem is the same on all copies! another exception to the rule that 7" compilations have to suck! click the pic below!

THE COUNT NEVER STOPS...

delivering the goodies it seems! someone asked for MINE's 7" which I don't have and as soon as I said that Count Yorga stepped up and sent me a rip of it including all the artwork! b.t.w. you should pay the man an extra thanks cause every time he contribute's something he does what I do and scans the artwork which you don't get on most other blogs! anyway, this 6 track 7" from MINE was released in 1994, they were a Swiss band and the 1st band listed on their thanks list is ABC DIABOLO which is also the band that came to my mind after listening to MINE that somehow flew always under my radar before for the 1st time.

DEATH TO FALSE GRIND!

I finally gave the new one-sided INSECT WARFARE 12" a spin today... and I'm sorry to say that it's a complete let-down in my ears! fuck, am I disapointed! I knew that it was a NOISE kind of thing but truth be told ANb did stuff like this way better years ago! the non-music side, which isn't realy blank but hasn't anything pressed on it (at least nothing I could have heard) has better chances to make it on my turntable in the near future than the side that actually is suposed to be played! after PIG DESTROYER's NATASHA that's the 2nd record I didn't download and check before I ordered it and once again I regret that I haven't checked it before! if you really think you need this you better hurry up cause it's ltd. to 1000 copies if I'm not mistaken!

in my disappointment I somehow recognized that I hadn't posted INSECT WARFARE's AT WAR WITH GRINDCORE 7"... so here you go! I'm well aware of the fact that it has already been posted on 10000 other blogs but so what? this 8 track 7" was released in 2005 and is a fucking whirlwind! brilliant GRINDCORE with top notch production! it's a pitty that they didn't provide lyrics cause I'd be curious what the exact lyrics FREEBASE DIARRHEA and AMPHETAMINE PSYCHOSIS are! anyway, click the pic below to d/l!

SAD BUT TRUE - IT'S NOT OVER YET!

one of the million INFEST bootlegs that are around today would be the NOT OVER YET 7". it delivers 6 tracks and the FLEX site is happy to tell you this:"More early demo tracks, sound quality is above average (still not very good). Sounds like these songs are even older than those on the other bootleg, not as powerful and compact as the other demo, good hardcore but quite garage-y." well, still not very good is slightly understated in some cases here and as this are demo recordings INFEST are far from being as tight and as brutal as they'd be later in their career but as it's INFEST you should d/l it by clicking the pic below. b.t.w. the 7" has white labels the INFEST logo was put there by me.

BORING CRUST PUNK MUST DIMINISH!!!

I just bought DISRUPT's split 7" with DISDAIN a few weeks ago cause I could get it cheap otherwise I wouldn't have bought it as DISDAIN were the weakest band on the PROTOTYPE compilation and do nothing for me (besides boring me to death) here either and the 4 DISRUPT tracks are featured on that sweet DISRUPT box-set released by RELAPSE a little while ago and on most of their other "discography" CDs that one could buy. actually I never bought one cause every single one of them I've seen before that sweet & neat box (which is called DISRUPT/DEAD b.t.w.) was released sucked in my opinion! I decided to post it even if I think this isn't DISRUPT's best stuff and that DISDAIN suck cause normally you won't be able to find it as cheap as I did and you might regret your purchase if you haven't heard it before. so in case you want to spend some bucks on this 7" better check it out before by clicking on either of the covers!

and talking of that box... it was released by RELAPSE and as I already told you it's called DISRUPT / DEAD and as you can see on the pic above that box (made of solid thick cardboard) contains 3 CDs with all 108 songs DISRUPT recorded (among are some unreleased live- and demotracks), a glossy thick lyric booklet and a DVD with 4 complete live sets. the only thing I don't like about this box, besides that it's not available on vinyl, is the price. I don't know how expensive it's sold in the U.S. but over here you've to pay more than 30 € and that's fucking expensive if you take a look at todays CD manufacturing prices!

FAST & FIRST

the title of the post sums up everything one can say about Nippon's CURTAINRAIL and the 9 songs on this 7" pretty accurate in 2 words. it's fast HC a.k.a. FASTCORE and this is their 1st 7" that was released on NAT RECORDS which is also Nippon based. I've posted their TO BE WITH YOU 12" (which takes the cake in my opinion) and their split 7" with JOHN BROWNS ARMY before in case you'd like to hear more.

FUCK YOU AND FUCK YOUR ATTITUDE!

REJUVENATE's 6 track 7" released on FREE SPIRIT RECORDS in 1992 I think (actually I'm not really 100% sure about the year). anyway, no matter what year it was released - it's good! very powerful mid-paced N.Y.H.C. that you should check out in case you don't know them yet. I admit I prefer their later (and faster) stuff above this 7" but that doesn't mean this E.P. wouldn't be good as I told you before!

BURNED

if you think you can d/l the BURNED OUT discography here I'm not sorry to tell you that you can't! if you don't have the BURNED OUT 7", their split 12" with AMEN 81 and their demo quit reading this and buy this 12" cause it fucking rips! in case you have all those records let me tell you that there are just 7 tracks on that 12" that you haven't heard before and so I ripped those 7 tracks cause having to buy a 12" for just 7 short tracks isn't really value for money!

NEVER AGAIN!

it's time for some TURNING POINT once again in spite of just having watched the NATIONAL GEOGRAPHY INSIDE STRAIGHT EDGE for the 1st time and nearly having to throw up cause of some things said by (ex-)members of F.S.U.! fuck, what a bunch of sorry idiots - how low can you go? back to this 7" that is a bootleg quite obviously and was released in 1996 or 1997 I guess. actually this is another 7" where I'm not sure about the year it came out cause I can't remember when I bought it anymore. even though the 7" came with the lyrics it has just white labels and there are no additional infos from which demo or demos (?) the 8 tracks were taken. all tracks were later re-recorded and released on records like their debut 7" on HI-IMPACT RECORDS. as this versions are a lot rawer I prefer the versions on this 7" to the re-recorded ones.

WASTE AWAY

when I thought about what to post as 1st record after the break cause of my best friend's death I finally settled on the REST IN PIECES' MY RAGE CD. this CD was released on the infamous Germany based LOST & FOUND RECORDS and features REST IN PIECES' self-titled 1st 7" and obviously their MY RAGE 12". 15 tracks of great raw N.Y.H.C. that stands the test of time and still kicks ass! the guy handling the vocal duties here is called Armand Majidi who went later on to play drums in another great N.Y.H.C. band called SICK OF IT ALL while speaking of SICK OF IT ALL - Lou Koller & Craig Setari take care of the backing vocals. as there are various other re-issues of the same songs available I'd recommend you look for one of the none LOST & FOUND RECORDS related ones or just d/l the rip here!

A PART OF REALITY

ages ago I made a post that had rips of all 4 REALITY compilations in one folder. as you may have guessed the bitrate and therefore the quality of those rips wasn't exactly brilliant so here's the REALITY PART #3 compilation 12" that features: LOS CRUDOS, INFEST, RUIDO, MK-ULTRA, BLACK ARMY JACKET, CHARLES BRONSON, DROPDEAD, PHOBIA, BENĂœMB & HELLNATION amongst some others ripped with 320 kbits, with proper tags and including the lyric sheet!

AM I TOLERANT OR WHAT?

an all European compilation CD that features: BILE, GRIZZLY ADAMS, CUMSHOT, OBLITERATION, P.T.A.O. and my friends the Cologne city rockers WILBUR COBB. given that info you should already know that you need this for WILBUR COBB alone! this CD was released on the French EMERGENCE label and came in just a cardboard sleeve with not that much info a.k.a. lyrics, in P.T.A.O.'s case not even song titles. hit the friendly faces below to d/l!

THINNING THE HERD (the 2nd)

actually the request just asked if I could add a track list but when I saw that it was just ripped with 128 kbits I made a new rip (with 320 kbits and properly tagged) and incl. the lyrics. I can't give you the whole artwork as I just have a self-made CD with CAPTAIN CLEANOFF's 1st MCD and the BLOWER / WADGE split CD on it. that's the reason the track numbers on the old post started with 12/33 which some other rips I d/l from other blogs happen to have in common with my old rip. just as the the 128 bitrate, hmmm... click on the cover to get to the re-up!

FOR BILLY

on a request from Billy of 7" CRUST you get ASMODINAS LEICHENHAUS' 7" here. German FASTCORE with highly political lyrics was what they were about. as it's fucking early in the morning I'll leave it like that!

WIDESPREAD MILITIA (the 2nd)

as a friend of mine had this on CD I ripped the WIDESPREAD BLOODSHED / BRODY'S MILITIA split once again with 320 kbits. click on the cover!

PUNKIN' OUT

through confidential sources I got a rip of LEBENSREFORM's PUNKIN' tape from 1997. LEBENSREFORM were from Hamburg and part of what was called NORTHCORE by some. they shared memebers with LOXIRAN, LINSAY and others. their singer Gonzo also did a zine called HORIZONS. as you might be familar with them cause I've posted their 2 7"es, their split 7" with KINDLE and their split 5" with SLIGHT SLAPPERS before I'll leave it like that!

UGLY REFLECTIONS

to praise Mr. Apocalypse cause he posted SANGRAAL's GEMINI WARS demo tape on his blog which I was trying to track down for 8 years without luck till now you got another GEHENNA, IRON LUNG, FALL SILENT, etc. related post: here's UGLY REFLECTION the 2nd and last 12" of Reno's VAE VICTIS. with the exception of their 2 tracks on the RENO - WHERE DREAMS COME TO DIE comp. 12" I think their entire discography should now be posted? it's a rather short one anyway those 2 compilation tracks, a split 7" with AHRIMAN, their 1st 12" and their 2nd full-length here. VAE VICTIS was born from the ashes of EVERSKWELCH (from which I never heard just a single track from). VAE VICTIS was active from 1997 until 2001. in their short lifetime VAE VICTIS managed to completely convince me that they are a really great band! they had dark lyrics, song titles like SLOW SUICIDE, over pounding drums and razor sharp guitars and of course the necessary METAL parts included in their song-writing to make it work!

SICK/TIRED

if you ask yourself who the fuck is SICK/TIRED you could click on the pic below the download button which leads to their myspace page which is happy to tell you that: "Sick/Tired formed summer of 2008 in DeKalb, IL. Members have done time in Right To Remain, MK-Ultra, Layers of Twat, Weekend Nachos, Funeral Fuck Toy, Crazy Stallion, MZRCDXVL, Exalted, Inverted, Masters of Bation, Sexual Chocolate, etc. We have a 12 song demo tape that is now available and we are looking to play some shows." but I can tell you that that information is outdated! they have been in a studio and recorded 19 tracks for a 12" and are looking for a label that would like to release it! I uploaded 4 of the 19 tracks so you can hear for yourself that they are an awesome band! it takes SICK/TIRED about 25 min. to rush through 18 tracks of what is called, you guessed it FASTCORE nowadays. the last song is a little different as it's nearly 5 min long and has some sludgey parts but is apart from that as vicious as the rest of the tracks! but you wouldn't expect anything else after you've taken a look at those guys' biography! in case you now ask yourself why I don't release it on my label if they are really as good as I say? well, cause I don't have enough money at the moment! plain simple! but that doesn't mean I wouldn't be happy to throw in some money in case you've got a label, would be interested in releasing it but haven't enough money right now yourself! if that's the case contact me in all other things SICK/TIRED drop Kirk a mail, his e-mail address would be: slavestatexx@yahoo.com or you contact them via myspace (remember - a click on the last pic will take you there?!)

edit:
to fucking late!
I'll do it myself!
don't you dare to complain,
you've had your chance!
