ANOTHER TASTE OF DARYL
THE INCOMPLETE DISCOGRAPHY
ULCER once again one of the best bands that have ever existed! at least in my book! this CD claims to be the complete discography and has the tracks from the 2 split 7"es with FAILURE FACE and CAPITALI$T CASUALTIES, the 10 songs from their 7" on FETUS Rec. in 1995, the songs from the INDIGNATION 12" released by BOVINE Rec. in1998 and a complete live set but the 2 tracks from the AUDIO ESPIONAGE 8" comp. are missing! it seems to be a rule of
thumb that the "complete discography" of a HARDCORE band has to have songs missing and is only released on fucking CD! in ULCER's case I couldn't care less as I got everything on vinyl but as I just xeroxed the artwork of the CD I ripped for this post you might notice that the quality of the scans isn't A+! this Cd was also released by BOVINE Rec. and re-issued by S.O.A. Rec. for Europe. the cover on top (click it for the artwork) is the cover of the "BOVINE-version" the small on the right s
ide is the cover of the re-issue. music-wise ULCER were more than just music (at least for me) they were hate transformed to music! fierce, angry, aggressive HARDCORE played at breakneck speed! their singer Aaron went on to STRAIGHT TO HELL and PAINDRIVER after ULCER broke up!

THE VIKINGS ARE BACK! [THIS TIME FOR REAL!]
this is a comp. of the early MASSGRAV stuff! highly recommended Swedish HARDCORE! raw, pissed off and nihilistic! this rules!
THE KRAUTS VS....
this split 7" has 2 tracks from germoney`s MÖRSER and 3 tracks from canada`s THE SWARM a.k.a. KNEE DEEP IN THE DEAD. the people that played in THE SWARM went on to bands like RUINATION, HAYMAKER, etc. to continue what they started there! if you know those bands you can guess what THE SWARM sound like! MÖRSER started as a sideproject of members of ACME and SYSTRAL but had 4 singers and 2 bassplayers! their newer stuff is more boring deathmetal than grindcore but this was their 2nd release that came out not to long after their 1st 12" two hours to doom and way back then MÖRSER kicked ass!...and now: BACK TO NIPPON!
GAUZE from tokyo is one of oldest japcore bands and I think they`re still active today.this 7" was released by prank in 1996. it has 6 songs of ripping japcore the way it was meant to be! this is pure musical brutality with a top notch production!
sad but true:
if you didn`t speak japanese GAUZE didn`t feed you with much information on their earlier releases and they continue to do so on this one!
just the english names of the 2nd & 3rd song, that`s all the information you get!

don`t know much about this band... I bought their 12" cause I was told they sound like CITIZENS ARREST [for me CITIZENS ARREST have always been wearing the crown and never met their match!], just having two singers - even doing a CITIZENS ARREST-cover [number b.t.w.] ...well, I don`t think they sound a lot like CITIZENS ARREST but I still like their raw hc stuff! this was taken from the cd that also has the songs of the split 7"es with INEPT and WARFARE STATE and their self-titled 7".ALI BOMAYE!
Y is one of the best bands that germoney will ever have! the pseudo youth...human cesspool cd that came out on sound pollution has the songs of the 1st 12", the 1st 7", the split 7" with DISCRIPT and some unreleased tracks. that´s 40 songs of fierce berlin HARDCORE!Wednesday, June 27, 2007

ow let me tell you that LEFT FOR DEAD were one of the best bands that have ever existed! as only the good die young their discography is only 16 tracks (recorded in a studio) short. the CD comes with 11 live cuts to fill some space and great packaging: a silver on dark grey print and everything covered with stains that look like bloodstains! I included the live tracks in spite of the fact they are live tracks and no one needs 99,99% of all live recordings anyway! the exceptions are a few! the 16 studio songs however are 16 vicious, violent ragers that are splitting heads to pieces and whipe the floor with most other bands! click the last pic to download!
this is HARDCORE how it is meant to be!
