HAMMERHEAD`s 1st 7" was influenced by N.Y.H.C. musicwise but filled with NIHILISM, anger and hate lyricwise! the song GOVERNOR OF LUISIANA is about Paul Bearer of SHEER TERROR and some conservative shit he said in an interview! I think this was released in 1989 and even HAMMERHEAD were a great band then only a few expected what they would become! they made some S.E. band from the U.S. cry cause they left the stage with an ocean of beer spilled on it! and the poor S.E.-boys had to stand in it! now, if that´s no reason to cry I don´t know what would be a reason to cry! I´ll tell you the name of the band as soon as I find the flyer to that show!
